Among other products, Core Labs offers a line of database development/management tools--available separately--for both Oracle and MySQL environments. Among the current entries:

- The OraDeveloper product line from Core Lab Software Development is targeted to Oracle Developers and includes both a stand alone IDE (OraDeveloper Studio), and an integrated toolset for existing IDEs (MS Visual Studio, Borland Delphi).

OraDeveloper Studio is an IDE for Oracle developers. The product presents a universal interface for browsing databases, creating and modifying schema objects, updating data, visually designing queries, and developing SQL scripts and PL/SQL program units.

OraDeveloper emphasizes a visual approach to database interaction and includes a collection of SQL code, schema object, and data editors. All components are integrated with a Database Explorer.

Key features include an SQL editor with syntax coloring, code outlining, context-sensitive code completion, code templates, and integrated visual query builder; PL/SQL and SQL script debuggers with Breakpoint support, a Call Stack view, and a variable watch window; database management with Database Explorer and individual visual schema object editors; Multi-functional data editor with grid and card views, update control, and customizable data export to several formats; source, data, and object search engine; project management framework for organizing related server objects and scripts into projects; and Export/Import Wizards and DBA toolkit.

OraDeveloper Studio is a standalone application that runs with .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0. OraDeveloper Studio is compatible with Oracle 8.0, 8i, 9i, and 10g and supports both client and direct access connection modes.

OraDeveloper Tools is an add-in for existing IDEs. It integrates directly into Microsoft Visual Studio and Borland Delphi and provides the features of the stand alone IDE described above to these existing IDEs.

OraDeveloper Tools is a package extension for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Visual Studio 2005, and Borland Delphi 2005/2006. It works with Oracle 8.0, 8i, 9i, and 10g and does not require client software.

- MyDeveloper Studio (formerly known as MySQL Developer Studio) is an environment for MySQL database application development. Capabilities include server browsing, stored routines and SQL script debugging, database project support, database administration tools, SQL handling, object creation and modification, data editing, data exporting, database export and import, and direct access to MySQL Server.

- MyDeveloper Tools (formerly known as MySQL Developer Tools) is an add-in with versions that integrate into Visual Studio or Delphi, making all of the above (MyDeveloper Studio) database development and administration tasks available from those IDEs. Features include integration with MyDirect .NET and MyDAC, grid-based data editor, visual query builder, SQL execution features, security management, help system and more.

MyDeveloper Tools brings MySQL development and administration to CodeGear's Delphi 2005/2006/2007 or Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008, Visual Studio .NET 2003.
