CubePlayer is a Business Intelligence tool that uses Microsoft Analysis Services 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 and local cubes. It supports multiple connections to both Microsoft Analysis Servers, n-servers, n-databases and n-cubes all at the same time. It features integrated dashboards, MDX designers, MDX editors, static and dynamic documents with built in ABC+ analysis.

Table result form supports: DrillDown, DrillUp, DrillBottom, Drill-Cell, Drill-Trough, Isolate member or group, Add-remove dimension, Add-remove member, Add-remove filter, Hot-Spot Analysis, Add-Remove-Calculate measures directly at the table. Inside the dashboard you can copy and paste queries or members from one panel to another, or you can join tables (Union) from two different panels. If you need you can see what is different (Except) and what is common (Intersect) for two panels.

Designer also supports local calculated measures, members, sets and named sets, filtering according to member properties, usage of member properties as measures, usage of KPIs as a measures, usage of ParallePeriods, PeriodsToDate, LastPeriods and From:To functions without, according to the vendor, needing to learn programming.

MDX Designer also supports NextMember, PrevMember, CHILDREN and Descendants on one click together with Set Functions.
